Registration & Cancellation Policy

To maintain our small group sizes and ensure we can provide high-quality materials and specialist instruction for every child, we rely on consistent enrollment. Please review our policies before registering:

• Payment: $100 deposit is due at the time of registration to secure you child's spot in a session. The remaining tuition is due 2 weeks before the session starts. 

• Cancellations by Parents:

  • 30+ Days Before Session: Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the session start date will receive a full deposit refund, minus a $50 non-refundable administrative fee.

  • 14-29 Days Before Session: Cancellations made within this window will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. 

  • Less than 14 Days Before Session: We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than rwo weeks before the session begins. However, you are welcome to "gift" or sell your spot to another family ( please notify us of the change in writing.)

• Cancellations by Barefoot & Bright: In the unlikely event that a session must be canceled due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, families will receive a 100% refund. 

• Absences: We cannot offer pro-rated refunds or make-up days for individual days missed due to illness, travel, or scheduling conflicts.
